Refund policy

Digital products

Everything on RVT.ai is a digital download with a license key. Because a download cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once you have downloaded the files. By checking out you ask us to deliver immediately, and you accept that, where the law allows, this ends the usual cooling-off period for digital content. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When we refund

The item does not work as described, has a defect we cannot fix within a reasonable time, or is materially different from its description and demo.

You were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that was never delivered.

You bought the wrong license or a duplicate and have not downloaded the files yet.

Ask within 14 days of purchase. We aim to fix the problem first; if we cannot, we refund the order in full.

When we usually do not

You changed your mind after downloading, the item does not suit a project it was not described for, you lack the skills or software listed in the requirements, or you did not read the item description and license before buying.

How to ask

Open a support ticket from your account or use the contact page, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within two working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or PayPal), normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

What a refund means for the license

A refund ends the license. Its license key is revoked, downloads are no longer available, and you must stop using the item in new and existing projects.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; most problems are solved faster that way. A chargeback also ends the license.

Products from creators

Products sold by independent creators follow this same refund policy: RVT.ai is the seller of record and handles every refund request. When a refund is approved, the creator's earning for that item is reversed automatically.

Creator earnings stay pending for 14 days so refunds can be processed without delay.
