The ground rules for using RVT.ai, written to be read.
By browsing or buying from RVT.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you buy for a company, you confirm that you may do so on its behalf.
RVT.ai is not intended for children under 16. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you confirm your age when you sign up.
An account is needed to check out, download items and use your wishlist. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used your account.
We may block accounts that break these terms or abuse the store. Blocked accounts cannot log in.
Prices are shown in the store currency and are charged once per item and license. Totals are always recalculated on our servers at checkout, so a price shown in your browser can never be used to pay less.
Payment on this store is a demonstration. Checkout collects no card details and no money is transferred. Orders are recorded as paid so that licenses and downloads can be explored.
Each purchase grants a Regular or Extended license for one end product. The Licenses page describes what each license allows and forms part of these terms.
You may not resell, redistribute or share the original files, whether free or paid, except as part of your own end product as the license allows.
If an item does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will try to fix the problem or refund the order.
A refunded order ends the license, and its downloads are no longer available.
Do not attempt to break into the store, probe it for weaknesses without permission, overload it, or use it to distribute malware.
Do not use automated tools to copy the catalogue or to bypass limits we put in place.
Reviews and questions you post must be honest, relevant and free of abuse, advertising and personal data. We may remove or hide anything that is not.
You keep ownership of your words but allow us to display them on the store. Content is shown as plain text, and we may reply to it publicly.
We work to keep the store running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Items are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned.
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Some products on RVT.ai are made by independent, invited creators. Their profile is shown on the product page ("by @handle"). RVT.ai remains the platform and the seller of record for every order: you buy from RVT.ai, we take your payment, issue the licence and provide support, and we pay the creator their share.
Creators accept our Creator agreement, confirm they own the rights to what they upload, and grant RVT.ai the right to sell it under the RVT.ai Regular and Extended licences. Creator uploads go through automated security checks (malware scan, leaked keys, suspicious code, dependency and demo checks) before they are published, and our team can remove anything at any time. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that code is free of every problem.
Reels, captions, likes and follows are user content. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or that you do not have the rights to. You can report any reel, product or profile with the Report button; content reported by several people is hidden while we review it.
Posts, comments, messages, usernames, bios and pictures must be lawful and yours to share. Not allowed: harassment or bullying, hate speech, threats or violence, sexual content or nudity, anything that sexualises or endangers minors, scams and spam, malware or links to it, impersonation, sharing other people's private information, and infringing someone else's copyright or trademark.
You can report any post, comment, message or account. Posts and comments reported by three or more different people are hidden while our team reviews them. A light automatic check flags likely spam, links from brand-new accounts and the strongest profanity; flagged comments are collapsed behind "Show" for others, never deleted automatically.
Our team may hide, restore or delete content, warn an account, or suspend it from posting, commenting and messaging; every action is logged. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to the account being closed. You are told about decisions that affect your content in Notifications, and you can ask for a review through Support.
New accounts have lower limits (for example 5 posts and 20 new conversations a day) to keep spam out. Blocking someone stops them from messaging or following you and hides your posts and profile from each other.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give RVT.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and re-encode, display and distribute it on RVT.ai (including in feeds, search, share cards and notifications) for as long as it is online. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already shared in messages, copies we must keep for legal reasons or open reports, and backups that are deleted on their normal schedule.
Messages are delivered to the person you send them to and are not published. Tagging a product on a post does not mean RVT.ai or the product's creator endorses the post; product tags must be honest.
